Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the FitAI website, mobile application, and related services provided by Spill the Tea LLC. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

You may use FitAI only if you are legally permitted to do so where you live. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activities that occur under your account.

You may use FitAI only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse the app, reverse engineer restricted components where prohibited, or use the service to harm others.

FitAI provides fitness and wellness information for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it should not replace consultation with qualified medical professionals.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any workout, recovery plan, or guidance is appropriate for you. Stop exercising and seek professional advice if you experience pain, illness, or other health concerns.

You retain ownership of content you submit to FitAI, such as profile information, workout inputs, messages, and progress photos. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and operate that content within the service.

If you send product ideas or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation unless applicable law requires otherwise.

FitAI may offer paid features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases. Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and feature descriptions are presented in the app at the time of purchase.

If you subscribe through Apple, billing is handled by Apple using your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account settings. Refunds, if any, are handled according to Apple's policies.

We may change subscription offerings, pricing, or feature availability to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, misuse the product, create risk for the service or other users, or if we decide to discontinue some or all of the product.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you want your FitAI account deleted, you may request deletion through the deletion tools available in the app or by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Any provisions that should survive termination by their nature will continue to apply after termination.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or that the service will meet every expectation or fitness outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spill the Tea LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Spill the Tea LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, the courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice inside the service or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of FitAI after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
